  • Do you accept PayPal? 

Yes we accept payments via PayPal as well as Visa/Mastercard.


  • Can I buy a Gift Card for your store?

Yes you can purchase gift cards from $25-$150 here which can be sent instantly via email to the recipient.


  • How long does it take for my order to arrive? 

We endeavour to dispatch orders which are in stock within 1-2 business days of receiving confirmation of payment. Your order is dispatched from Melbourne and we use Australia Post as our postal service. Once sent out, you will receive an email shipping notification with a tracking number which can be used to track your goods via Australia Post - - or for international deliveries your local Postal Service website once the parcel has arrived in your Country.


  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide and deliveries usually take 3-10 working days to reach international destinations via Australia Post.  Express International services can be as quick as 2-4 days depending on the destination country and Customs clearance.  Please note:  there are some products we are not able to offer to our international customers due to shipping restrictions (Dangerous Goods incl. Aerosols, Nail Polish, Fragrances)


  • How much does it cost to ship to USA/Canada/NZ/UK/Europe/Qatar/Hong Kong/Brazil?

The international shipping charges depend on the destination and the weight & quantity of goods that you have in your Shopping Basket.  The charges are calculated when you arrive at the Checkout page and select your Country, eg. the standard charge for 1-500g to the USA is $15.95


  • You've sent the wrong item/s. What should I do?

This rarely happens! We make every endeavour to supply you with the products you have ordered; however if you receive goods which you believe you have not ordered then simply call or email us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will ask you to return the incorrect product to us and make arrangements to send you the correct product ASAP without further charge.  Please note: Due to health reasons Cosmetics, Hair Fascinators and Earrings cannot be returned once opened.

  • What if my item was faulty? Can I return it? 

Of course. You just need to notify us of any faulty product by email or phone within 48 hours and then return the item within 7 days of receipt of your goods. If you inform us you have received a faulty product then we will supply a replacement at our cost once the faulty product has been returned to us within 7 days. If the product is no longer available we will offer you an alternative or a refund for the goods.
