Returns

We take every care to ensure that your purchase reaches you in excellent condition and we hope that you will be delighted with your item. If however, you wish to return or replace a product, please carefully read the information below before doing so.

 Faulty Products / Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, please contact customer services on 1300 211 323 to discuss replacement options. Please do not post the items back without speaking to customer service first. Once the faulty item has been returned, we will refund the cost of sending the item back to us using Australia Post Registered Post (please note we will not accept extra charges for the use of any ‘Express’ option, or courier).

Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us will not be reimbursed for postage.

 Incorrect Items Received

While we take every care to ensure that you are sent the correct items, mistakes can unfortunately happen!  If you find that you have been sent the incorrect products, please call Customer Services on 1300 211 323 and we will happily replace them with the correct items, free of charge.

 General Returns

If you would like to return your items, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them.  Please call Customer Services to arrange, and items returned must be in the condition which they were delivered to you (new and unused/unopened).  We will refund the cost of the items upon their return; however shipping is at your expense.

 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned for exchange must be in a new and unused condition, please detail which items you would like as replacements. Once we receive the request, a customer service representative will be in contact with you, and extra delivery may incur a cost.

* Please note: Due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Cosmetics, Hair Fascinators, Hatinators and Earrings unless they are faulty or damaged in transit
