  • How long does it take for my order to arrive? 

We endeavour to dispatch orders which are in stock within two business days of receiving confirmation of payment. Your order is dipatched from Melbourne and we use Australia Post as our postal service. Once sent out, Fashion Addict has no control over and makes no warranty in relation to the performance of Australia Post or any other company which we may use to deliver our goods.

 

  • What if my item was faulty? Can I return it? 

You are required to notify us of any faulty product by email within 48 hours and you must return the item within 7 days of receipt of your goods. If you inform us you have received a faulty product then we will supply a replacement at our cost once the faulty product has been returned to us within 7 days. If the product is no longer available we will offer you an alternative or a refund covering the cost of the product only.
Please note: Due to health reasons, Cosmetics, Hair Fascinators and Earrings cannot be returned once opened.

 

  • You've sent the wrong item/s. What should I do?

We make every endeavour to supply you with the products you have ordered; however if you receive goods which you believe you have not ordered then you are required to notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving those goods. We will ask you to return the incorrect product to us. Once we have received your return we will send you the correct product (subject to availability) without further charge.
